Fully computerised production machinery can cut steel plate, aluminium, stainless steel and non-ferrous steels, from a thickness of 1.2mm to 400mm, into almost any shape required.

Multi-Torch Oxy
	RPG Australia currently operates 2 6-Head CNC Oxy Profilers and a State of the Art 8 Head Oxy machine. This machine operates on a 9m x 24m bed providing some of the largest and most diversified Oxy profiling capabilities in the country.
	The 8 head machine is also fitted with a beveling attachment capable of automated beveling to 45 degrees through a variety of plate grades and thickness. Double bevels are also available.

Plasma & High Definition
	1 x 400amp CNC Farley Machine - wet Bed
	1 x 200amp CNC ESAB Machine - Wet Bed
	1 x Twin Carriage 4 Head State of the Art High Definition Cutting machine on a Dry 3.2m wide x 24m long bed.
	Our High Definition machine incorporates a Plasma Beveling unit. It is capable of producing a variety of bevel profiles to a +/-1mm tolerance. We can also plasma mark your material to show bend lines, part identification details, drilled hole positioning and more.
	Plate from 1.2mm to 28mm thick can be processed by our Plasma units, and as always, all product will be supplied free of burr and slag.

A computerized CAD capability means you receive optimum accuracy, faster productivity and superior quality outcome.

To ensure the best possible product the CAD team’s expertise and skills can assist you with the production of electronic drawings.

RPG Australia has the latest state of the art design software that can accept electronic drawings in any format.
